All mommies know this phase ….. the phase that seems like your little baby is a full time drool fountain, soaking the front of shirts and streaming out of the mouth. When every toy you give your baby immediately goes into the mouth and becomes covered in slobber – so be careful what you give them! I had a blast photographing little Cade, such a serious little fellow, but thats alright with me- I liked capturing him just the way he was!

Did you know that area hospitals stopped removing the umbilical clip because of the cost of the tool? Come on…really? Is it really that expensive to clean it with an alcohol swab and take it off so that it doesn’t get pulled on by blankets and clothing? sheesh! Not to mention it looks ugly for professional portrait taking….so what to do? Fix it with photoshop!
This little man loved to sleep with his hands up by his face, and he has the most beautiful skin! He was born on Christmas Day and came to see me at just 5 days old!

This little guy’s family has a special relationship with Tim Hortons – and when they brought a little tiny Tim Hortons cup into the studio, I immediately saw this shot in my head. It only got better when he gave me a little smile…..could he be any more perfect?

I was so excited to work with this family again! I photographed big brother as a newborn, and I love to watch families grow – it is so cool to see how little babies become cute little kids!

The family! I was really impressed with how well dressed and coordinated they were! (ahem…future clients please take note) You might think, whats the big deal? But you know what? When mom and dad are just so excited for their portrait session that they take the time to PLAN their outfits – that really means a lot to me, because it shows that they care! Awesome job guys!
